The Coaching Process

Step 1: Setting Goals
We work with our clients to set difficult yet attainable goals for both business and personal achievements.
Step 2: Monitoring Progress
By setting periodic progress feedback meetings, we provide our clients with timely feedback on the current stages of progress toward goal achievement. Often adjustments in action steps are made to make corrections as necessary. We hold our clients accountable to achieve their goals yet provide motivation and support as needed.
Step 3: Achieving Goals
As goals are achieved, we "celebrate" the goal attainment with our clients and help them to set new and appropriate, yet challenging, goals.
